To be, or not to be?

For Shakespeare that was the question. Well, for me the question i find my self struggling with every time i go out at night - and unfortunately some times on the morning too - is: Heels, or no heels?

I consider my self a slightly lazy cookie, so in the majority of time i and up not wearing heels. Yes, i am a shoe lover, yes, i do love heels, but i didn't born with the natural ability to walk, run, and slide in a pair of high shoes like some girls - and boys! - i know. And since i lived in Rio -  the most casual city in the world - for all my life till last month, not wearing heels to clubs and parties wasn't such a big deal.

When i ask my self if i should wear a pair of sky high heels, i am not only considering the painful experience i have ahead, but also if it's appropriate. I don't want to be the only ugly duckly in flats, or the only one over dressed, or the one who chose to wear heels, and has to chase a chair in every five seconds... Think about that Shakespeare!

Drama aside, a few key question and tips to help you make a decision:

- Consider the event that you are going, where it is, and when. If it's happening in the morning for example, or if the location it's in majority grass.

- Ask your friends what they are wearing. It's good to have a heel buddy, or some one who is wearing flats and can help you depending the situation.

- Reflect the whole situation. Are you going to the event by walk? Subway? and so on.

If i created an even bigger problem in your mind, i am sorry. And if i helped, let me know to celebrate the good advice

xxxxx
